Oh my gosh I FINALLY found this. It’s not set up as a regular font, it’s vector lettering. The download is an .ai file so you need something like Illustrator or Photoshop to open it up and edit with. I stumbled upon it looking for another font and was able to track it down to the original source! Some letters have been slightly modified.
